Artisan Beer

We love quality micro-brewed beer. It is suitable for vegans and does not contain any preservatives or chemical additives.
Traditional practices of the manufacturing process have been recovered, so the natural fermentation and maturation timing requirements are met and all their nutritional properties are kept. This beer is not pasteurized or filtered and therefore has a sediment of yeast in the bottle. This allows its natural gasification (without addition of CO2) and produces a second fermentation in the bottle. A similar technique is used to produce cava.
This kind of beer is produced on a small scale and each spin is unique and unrepeatable.
